Business Analyst
The role:
-
To play a pivotal role in helping our clients get live and gain the most value from our services.

To have regular discussions with our clients, both as part of on-boarding of new clients but also ongoing support with existing client.

Involvement of account management

To support the Sales Team as a subject matter expert

To use data analytics to help assist clients with understanding how our products can be deployed, assisting them with the design of the right structure for the consumer and decisioning process.
Required experience:
- Experience liaising with clients
- Strong documentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Competent using excel
