Business Development Manager

The role:

    • To help increase the client base - researching new clients and generating new leads
    • To build a strong, evidenced based sales pipeline
    • Prepare proposals and present product solutions to clients
    • Be confident at delivering sales presentations to prospective and existing clients
    • Identify client needs and be proactive in reviewing their requirements
    • Proactively build rapport and maintain relationships with all prospective and existing clients
    • Identify opportunities to expand the services we offer to clients
    • Uphold the highest possible standards of relationship management
    • Demonstrate and continually develop a good working knowledge of financial services, competitors, products and regulations
    • Maintain the sales CRM

Required experience:

    • 2+ years’ experience in a B2B sales environment
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • A confident and highly effective influencer
    • To be commercially minded and target driven
