Up to 60k basic + uncapped commission
The role:
- To help increase the client base - researching new clients and generating new leads
- To build a strong, evidenced based sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals and present product solutions to clients
- Be confident at delivering sales presentations to prospective and existing clients
- Identify client needs and be proactive in reviewing their requirements
- Proactively build rapport and maintain relationships with all prospective and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to expand the services we offer to clients
- Uphold the highest possible standards of relationship management
- Demonstrate and continually develop a good working knowledge of financial services, competitors, products and regulations
- Maintain the sales CRM
Required experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B sales environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A confident and highly effective influencer
- To be commercially minded and target driven
