The role:
- Perform effective diary management for the Directors.
- Hold weekly meetings with the Directors to ensure progress on outstanding actions.
- Draft correspondence, send emails and relay messages on behalf of the Directors.
- Arrange company meetings, prepare agendas, chair meetings, take minutes.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Directors.
- Build strong and professional relationships with the Directors and management team.
- Make considered low level decisions on behalf of the Directors where appropriate.
- Provide wider executive administrative support.
- Organise travel and logistical arrangements.
- Support the preparation of client meetings (internal and external) where required.
- Support the HR and Facilities teams to coordinate internal company meetings and events.
- Adhere to purchase order processes and be the nominated buyer for purchases.
