The role:

  • Perform effective diary management for the Directors.
  • Hold weekly meetings with the Directors to ensure progress on outstanding actions.
  • Draft correspondence, send emails and relay messages on behalf of the Directors.
  • Arrange company meetings, prepare agendas, chair meetings, take minutes. 
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Directors.
  • Build strong and professional relationships with the Directors and management team.
  • Make considered low level decisions on behalf of the Directors where appropriate.
  • Provide wider executive administrative support.
  • Organise travel and logistical arrangements. 
  • Support the preparation of client meetings (internal and external) where required.
  • Support the HR and Facilities teams to coordinate internal company meetings and events.
  • Adhere to purchase order processes and be the nominated buyer for purchases.

Required experience

  • Previous EA experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
